Answering customers is my actual trade.

I spent more than a decade running customer-support operations for software companies. The whole job was making sure that when a customer reached out, someone answered quickly and the problem got handled. I build the same thing for small businesses now.

I also build and run my own products, which you can see on the work page. The person who designs your site is the same one who deploys it, maintains it, and picks up when you text.
